CAMARENA IMPORTS is a family-owned importing company based in CHICAGO, IllINOIS. Our company has been successfully operating for over a decade, initially starting off by importing a small selection of Tequila brands to the USA and self-distributing in Illinois. Over the years, we have expanded our range of products and services, and we now import and distribute a wider variety of spirits and brands. In addition, we offer back-office services and consulting to the Spirits (liquor) Industry and have also ventured into importing other goods.

HISTORY

Camarena Imports began importing and self-distributing a couple of private brands in 2011. At the time, the company had limited resources and a smaller market reach, so focusing on private brands helped us establish a foothold in the industry. However, by 2016, Camarena Imports had expanded its operations and started partnering with distributors in other states to sell its private brands. This move allowed the company to expand its market reach and increase its sales volume. In 2020, Camarena Imports made another strategic decision to no longer self-distribute their private brands. Instead, the company opened up distribution to other spirits, brands, and products from Mexico. This move helped to further diversify the company's product offerings and increase revenue streams. Overall, Camarena Imports has made several strategic moves over the years to grow and expand its business. From focusing on private brands to partnering with distributors and opening up distribution to other products, the company has demonstrated a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and capitalize on new opportunities.
